every pack: 6 commons · 1 uncommon · 1 hit slot
drawn live from what is actually in the pool right now
every prize in the pool, with its standing bid
every prize in the pool, its tier, its backing and what it pays if you sell it back
put a graded card, a csgo skin, any nft or straight sol into the pool with the sol that backs it. the backing is your standing bid and it sets the draw odds. pull it back any time before it is drawn.
three ways to draw the pack, all live and all pulling the real prizes out of the pool. say which one and it ships.
four steps, all of it on chain
a depositor puts a graded pokemon card, a csgo skin, any nft or straight sol into the pool with sol backing. the prize moves into the vault's escrow account and the backing sits as lamports against it. never pooled, never lent.
cards 1 to 6 are common, card 7 is uncommon, card 8 is the hit slot: uncommon 80%, rare 15%, ultra 4.7%, chase 0.3%. inside a tier the odds are 1 / backing, so the cheap end churns and the grails sit.
every slot is priced at the harmonic mean of its tier, the eight are added up, and the house takes 7%. no hand-set prices: when the pool gets richer the pack costs more.
settling the pack keeps the ones you want and sells the rest back at 85% of their backing. straight sol always settles as keep. every pack fee, minus 1%, goes to the prizes still in the pool, weighted by what each tier risks.
solana has no cheap vrf, so the operator commits hashed secrets in advance, you add your own seed, and the reveal lands a second after your rip. the operator cannot pick an outcome after seeing a request and cannot hold your money: an unrevealed rip refunds itself after 30 minutes.
